FIEE Partners to Launch DAX-HUB: Europe’s Dual-Use Deep-Tech Ecosystem
The Foundation of Innovative European Economy (FIEE) is proud to announce the launch of DAX-HUB, the Defence & Aerospace Accelerator, through strategic partnerships that unite deep-tech innovators, institutional stakeholders, investors, and strategic buyers across Europe.
DAX-HUB represents a collaborative ecosystem initiative led by FIEE to advance its mission of fostering innovative, resilient, and sovereign European economic frameworks. By partnering with key players in defence, aerospace, and innovation, including aligned entities from defence ministries, NATO-aligned programs, the European Space Agency (ESA), OEMs, prime contractors, venture capital, and public institutions, FIEE has established the continent's first dedicated platform for accelerating dual-use deep-tech startups in aerospace, defence, cyber, quantum, autonomous systems, and crossover technologies.
This strategic partnership model enables DAX-HUB to deliver an integrated acceleration journey, combining:

DAX-HUB positioned as a vital bridge between Europe's emerging deep-tech talent and its strategic defence-industrial base, directly supporting long-term resilience in a geopolitically contested world.
The flagship event, Dual-Use Innovation Days, is scheduled for 3–4 November 2025 in Oeiras, Portugal, running parallel to the Advanced Air Mobility Summit. The programme, co-shaped through these partnerships, includes strategic keynotes, thematic mentorship tracks on defence compliance, IP/export strategy, and go-to-market in regulated environments; investor office hours; roundtables on defence innovation gaps; startup pitching (seed and Series A); and awards for standout dual-use ventures. A complementary virtual acceleration track runs October–December 2025.
